Orders take up to 5 business days to process before shipping. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from In Good Company.com may be returned for a refund to the original payment form within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. 

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Galileo Linens is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns must be shipped prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

That’s it! Once the original item(s) are received at In Good Company, we will credit your account the product cost.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

All returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer’s cost.
